Construction Project Manager - Interiors / Cabinetry Paterson, NJ (In-Person) $80,000 - $130,000 (Based on Experience) About Us We are a fast-growing company specializing in high-end Italian kitchens and vanities for large-scale residential and commercial projects across the U.S. We work directly with developers and general contractors, managing projects from bidding through installation. What You'll Be Doing Manage projects from contract to completion Prepare and manage SOW (Scope of Work) and SOV (Schedule of Values) Handle AIA billing (G702 / G703) and pay applications Coordinate with general contractors, developers, and internal teams Review cabinetry / millwork shop drawings (plans, elevations, layouts) Track schedules, deliveries, and installations Manage change orders and project documentation Ensure billing aligns with project milestones and collections What We're Looking For 2-5+ years experience in construction project management, contract administration, or similar Experience with AIA billing, SOV, and pay applications Ability to read and understand shop drawings (cabinetry, kitchens, interiors, or construction plans) Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good communication with GCs and project teams Proficient in Excel Strong Plus (Not Required) Experience with millwork, cabinetry, or interior construction Familiarity with Procore or BuildingConnected Field or installation experience Experience managing multiple projects at once Why Join Us Work on high-end, design-driven projects Be part of a rapidly growing company Real opportunity to grow quickly and take on more responsibility Direct exposure to large-scale multi-unit developments Strong team, fast-moving environment Position Details Full-Time / Contract In-person - Paterson, NJ Some travel may be required depending on projects How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
