As a key leader on our team, you will oversee painting crews, ensure quality craftsmanship, and coordinate project timelines. Your expertise will drive successful project completion while maintaining safety standards and fostering a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate painting crews, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow on construction sites Prepare surfaces for painting by performing plastering, caulking, sanding, and surface cleaning to ensure optimal results Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project scope and specifications Apply various paint types using hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and other application methods Perform specialized painting tasks including industrial coating, restoration work, stucco application, and renovation projects Manage the use of hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, and masonry tools to achieve precise finishes Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards while maintaining a clean job site Experience Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong understanding of construction estimating and blueprint reading Hands-on knowledge of construction site operations including framing, carpentry (trim carpentry, fixture installation), masonry, drywall finishing, and concrete work Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and color theory to deliver visually appealing results Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and airless paint spraying systems Experience with renovation projects involving plastering, restoration work, caulking, stucco application, and maintenance tasks Ability to read construction plans accurately while coordinating multiple trades such as masonry or drywall finishing Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for project planning and execution Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-quality craftsmanship in a leadership role that values safety, teamwork, and excellence.
