Construction Project Manager (Jr. - Mid Level) Contract | 6+ Months | Onsite at

Pharma Client Pay:

$40-$50 /hr Depending on Experience We are an architectural construction company seeking an onsite Construction Project Manager to support projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This is a long-term contract opportunity with an immediate need and strong potential for extension. We are open to junior to mid-level candidates with 3-10 years of experience who are looking to grow within a fast-paced construction and design environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support onsite construction activities within a pharma facility Read, review, and interpret Revit drawings and construction documents Utilize Procore for project tracking, documentation, RFIs, and reporting Work closely with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Assist with scheduling, progress tracking, and field coordination Monitor project documentation, safety compliance, and project deliverables Support day-to-day project management activities from design through construction

Qualifications:

3-10 years of construction project management or coordination experience Experience working onsite within commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, or healthcare projects preferred Must have experience using Procore Ability to read and review Revit drawings is required Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working in fast-paced construction environments
