Duties Monitor project timelines and update project schedules regularly to reflect current progress and upcoming needs. Communicate actively with suppliers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to resolve delays or issues promptly. Assist in managing contracts by verifying order details, delivery terms, and scope of work compliance. Support project management by maintaining accurate records of deliveries, change orders, and logistical documentation. Collaborate closely with construction site teams to anticipate material needs and prevent delays caused by shortages or scheduling conflicts. Experience Proven experience in construction site coordination or as a construction expediter with a strong understanding of construction processes. Familiarity with construction estimating tools and software such as HeavyBid or Bluebeam is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with project scheduling software including Primavera P6 or similar platforms. Knowledge of construction management software like ProCore for tracking project progress and documentation. Strong understanding of contracts, procurement procedures, and supply chain logistics within the construction industry. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Prior exposure to construction site safety protocols and experience working directly on construction sites is preferred.
