Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Executive position include: 15+ years of experience in interior construction, including commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and fit-out projects Provide executive-level oversight on multiple interior construction projects across NJ and NYC Proven experience managing large-scale interior build-out projects in active and occupied environments Lead and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing Project Managers and field staff across multiple project teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Deep understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and coordination within interior environments Support preconstruction efforts, monitor project performance, and proactively resolve risks while fostering collaboration between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors

Salary :

$160,000•$200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
