The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement management and excels at scheduling, quality control, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage installation crews and subcontractors Schedule projects and ensure timely completion Conduct quality inspections Resolve installation and customer concerns Recruit and develop installers Drive production goals and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
