Construction Project Manager

Company Overview We are a commercial concrete contractor specializing in industrial warehouse construction. Our projects range from large-scale tilt-up buildings to complex concrete scopes requiring precision, coordination, and strong leadership. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial and/or concrete construction, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Review and manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Monitor job costs, track progress, and prepare project reports Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders Identify and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Qualifications 3-10+ years of experience in construction project management Experience in commercial construction required; concrete construction experience strongly preferred Experience with industrial warehouse construction is a plus Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.) Core Competencies Highly organized with strong time management skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Responsive and proactive in communication Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
