We are looking for a Project Manager who shares these values and is ready to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through final completion. This position requires approximately 90% travel. Candidates must be willing and able to travel from state to state based on project needs. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion and closeout. Travel approximately 90% of the time to projects across multiple states . Review project drawings, specifications, scopes of work, proposals, and contracts. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, clients, and field personnel. Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and overall progress. Identify and immediately communicate potential delays, conflicts, material issues, and additional costs. Manage RFIs, submittals, Change Orders, drawings, revisions, and project documentation. Track long-lead materials, equipment, finishes, and deliveries. Coordinate required inspections and special inspections. Lead and participate in project and subcontractor coordination meetings. Review subcontractor proposals, scopes of work, progress, and invoices. Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements. Maintain consistent communication with Site Managers and company management. Manage project closeout, including warranties, inspection reports, as-built drawings, approvals, and required closeout documentation. Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines as required. Qualifications Previous commercial construction Project Manager experience required . Must be willing and able to travel approximately 90% of the time from state to state . Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project sequencing. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, RFIs, Change Orders, inspections, budgets, and project documentation. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
