With a mid-sized team and a highly experienced leadership group, the company specializes in delivering complex commercial construction projects including corporate office interiors, healthcare facilities, hospitality, food service and preparation facilities, entertainment, and mixed-use developments.

Job Description Site Supervision:

Assist the Superintendent with daily site operations on a ground-up mixed-use construction project.

Safety Compliance:

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Schedule Management:

Monitor project schedules and assist in maintaining project milestones and deadlines.

Quality Control:

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, contract documents, and project specifications.

Documentation:

Review and maintain field documentation, daily reports, and site records through Procore.

Team Leadership:

Maintain effective communication with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, preferably within commercial construction. Currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent with a General Contractor. Experience working on ground-up commercial, mixed-use, office, healthcare, hospitality, or similar construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, quality control, and jobsite safety. Proficient in Procore with experience managing field documentation and project communication. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams.
