Eastern Architectural Millwork specializes in exterior and custom-made PVC millwork installation. With 12 years in PVC Millwork and 4 years in exterior installation, we are dedicated to providing a superior product with high customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our tEAM.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large and small scare exterior installation projects which include roofing, siding, & trim. You will be responsible for maintaining jobsite safety in accordance with EAM policy and OSHA regulations. You will also manage custom PVC millwork installation projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of exterior installation projects. Manage custom PVC millwork projects, including performing on-site measurements, providing insight during the design phase, and executing installation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and team members. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. Prepare and present project reports and documentation. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Minimum of 2 years experience installing roofing and siding components

Including:

Cedar roofing & siding, copper, Hardie Siding, WRB Materials, etc. Experience with custom PVC millwork is highly desirable. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to leverage technology to improve the project management process. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
