Responsibilities:
- Manage all day to day aspects of multiple, ongoing projects through all phases of construction - procurement, building, & closeout
- Work one-on-one with upper management, project coordinators and site superintendents.
- Manage all sub-contractors and vendors.
- Create detailed scopes of work for each subcontractor/vendor and review with site super, estimator and all subcontractors.
- Negotiate best pricing and contract terms for subcontractors and vendors
- Develop & maintain project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project. Properly identify critical tasks, long lead items, and schedule creep. Recommend corrective measures when required.
- Manage correspondence with the architect & client.
- Responsible for all RFI's, proposal requests, change proposals, and change order processing.
- Review and approve all submittals and shop drawings prior to being submitted to the design team for conformance with contract documents
- Review & approve all PO's, subcontracts & application for payments.
- Maintain project cost schedule of values (SOV). Properly identify costs over/underruns
- Critique project at completion to learn for future work
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5+ years previous experience working as a Project Manager for a General Contracting Firm. Experience with retail stores, storage facilities, supermarkets, hospitality, fitness facilities is a plus.

- Proficiency in Procore (or other project management software), Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time outside the office, including possible overnight trips.
- OSHA Certifications
- Valid driver's license

$85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
