Commercial Superintendent Key Qualifications:

Proven background managing commercial construction projects as a Commercial Superintendent Required experience overseeing public sector construction projects in New Jersey, with a strong understanding of local public bidding requirements, regulations, and compliance standards Strong tenure and experience in both ground-up and interior commercial construction Ability to lead and manage projects independently with minimal oversight Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results under pressure A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, though not required
