Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration across all phases of construction. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules . Oversee construction estimating processes, including cost management and budget tracking to optimize resource allocation. Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout project execution. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office to monitor progress, document issues, and generate reports. Conduct site inspections regularly to verify construction quality, safety practices, and regulatory adherence; address any issues promptly. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily reports, and closeout documentation for seamless project delivery. Facilitate effective communication among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Experience Proven experience managing small medium-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects. Extensive background in construction scheduling using. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced construction management role while maintaining high safety standards. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques combined with cost management expertise to control budgets effectively. Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions; experience reading blueprints and schematics accurately. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and quality assurance procedures. Proficiency in managing contracts and understanding legal aspects related to construction projects.
