  • 47328) NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Jul/24/2026 Job Description CJR Renewables is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction and installation activities on a utility-scale renewable energy project.
The selected candidate will start in the Houston office before relocating to the project site in Alamogordo, NM.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities in the field
  • Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications
  • Manage subcontractors and crews performing electrical installation
  • Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, and safety teams
  • Track progress, resolve field issues, and report on daily/weekly production
  • Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
  • Support commissioning and punch-list close-out activities
Compensation & Logistics:
Salary budgeted at $130,000 (flexible for strong candidates)
  • Per diem of $120/day, 7 days/week (except during rotation, when CJR covers rotation travel and no hotel is booked)
  • Company truck provided for work-related use once on site in Alamogordo
Qualifications:
Requirements:
5+ years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction (solar or BESS preferred)
  • Prior US work experience required
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to Alamogordo, NM after onboarding in Houston Why is This a
