This position plays a vital role in coordinating field operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring each job site stays on track and within budget.
Key Responsibilities For Field Supervisor:
Coordinate with project managers weekly (or as needed) to review priorities and updates Supervise multiple job sites daily, ensuring progress, material quality, and workmanship meet expectations Communicate site updates through Buildertrend and escalate urgent issues via phone Ensure proper staffing, subcontractor scheduling, and timely material delivery to avoid project delays Lead field staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and protection of work areas Resolve on-site issues and customer concerns professionally Monitor project schedules, assist with inspections, and ensure compliance with plans and codes Perform other duties as assigned to support project success
Qualifications For Field Supervisor:
3+ years of construction supervision experience (Residential construction preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in Buildertrend or similar software Knowledge of construction plans, codes, and materials Skilled in coordinating crews, subs, and schedules Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation For Field Supervisor:
$25
Hourly Pay:
$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
