Manage project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer expectations are achieved. Maintain and update project schedules and communicate critical milestones to all stakeholders. Review daily field reports for accuracy and assist in incorporating field reporting into the master project schedule. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field operations, and internal departments throughout the lifecycle of the project. Attend onsite project meetings as required and serve as a professional representative of the company. Maintain master plan sets and ensure updated drawings are distributed to field teams and subcontractors. Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation. Financial & Contract Management Verify project budget information and monitor project financial performance. Price and manage change orders, including submission to owners and tracking approvals. Perform cost verification and forecasting to ensure project profitability. Review subcontracts for projection accuracy and scope alignment. Review and approve material invoices and subcontractor invoices. Maintain accurate financial projections and forecasting throughout the duration of each project. Understand and manage contract requirements with owners and subcontractors. Technical Leadership Demonstrate strong understanding of commercial construction installations related to MEP systems. Clearly communicate project design intent, specifications, requirements, and scope changes across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with field leadership to proactively identify and resolve technical or operational challenges. Support field operations with updated plans, project coordination, and technical guidance. Safety & Compliance Assist in enforcing company safety programs and OSHA requirements. Maintain understanding of current State and Federal compliance regulations. Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence. Project Closeout Ensure timely submission of as-builts, test reports, warranties, O&M manuals, and closeout documentation. Drive projects through successful completion while maintaining strong customer relationships. Qualifications Required Experience 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial MEP construction. Strong background in MEP project coordination and installation. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Proven experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability. Strong understanding of construction contracts, project documentation, and subcontract management. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schedules, and technical documents.
