LDAR Supervisor

Best known for Leak Detection & Repair (LDAR) program management, Think Environmental offers a comprehensive portfolio of environmental compliance services. Job Overview The primary responsibility of a Think Environmental Site Supervisor is to oversee a site(s) and ensure compliance per EPA Method 21. The Site Supervisor will be working in chemical plants, gas processing plants and refineries and must understand local, state and federal regulations. You should be able to work independently while communicating any findings to the manager. Key Responsibilities Ensure site compliance Train and maintain technicians as needed Maintain a high level of safety for your site Maintain client relations Be open minded to sell and find new opportunities Present various findings to clients Perform other daily routine tasks as required Basic Qualifications Industrial/plant experience preferred Good verbal and written communications skills Ability to perform work in adverse weather conditions (heat/cold, inclement weather) Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds Ability to work at heights of 100 feet Ability to work overtime as required Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical Be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative to solve problems Requirements 2+ years of industry experience preferred, but not required 1+ years of LDAR experience
