Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Septic System Install Manager to lead and oversee the installation of septic systems for residential, commercial, and municipal projects in the East Mountain area. This role involves coordinating installation teams, managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with construction regulations, and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and a deep understanding of septic system design and installation processes. Responsibilities Lead and manage septic system installation projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for septic system installations. Supervise onsite teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed according to construction regulations and standards. Review construction plans and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Manage project documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and regulatory compliance records. Monitor project costs and budgets using construction cost management tools; implement cost control measures as needed. Ensure all construction activities comply with environmental regulations and local codes related to septic system installation. Conduct quality control inspections to verify proper installation techniques and adherence to schematics. Lead project meetings with stakeholders to track progress, address issues promptly, and maintain momentum toward project goals. Requirements Proven experience managing septic installation projects. Strong background in septic system installation or similar heavy civil construction projects. Familiarity with construction estimating, budget management, and cost control practices. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols related to septic systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Skilled in managing teams on-site while maintaining high safety standards and productivity levels. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and project coordination. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Must have MS-3 license. $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
