Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager specializing in Fencing and Automated Gates to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. Duties Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to safety protocols. Manage construction schedules, coordinate project timelines, and monitor progress to meet deadlines. Review construction drawings and technical plans for accuracy, compliance, and feasibility before project commencement. Oversee contractor management, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract compliance. Conduct quality control inspections and quality assurance reviews throughout project phases to maintain high standards. In partnership with sales, develop detailed construction estimates and budgets, managing costs effectively across multiple projects. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Monitor construction safety practices diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Oversee construction site activities, including electrical systems integration related to automated gates where applicable. Assist procurement with inventory management and material sourcing. Utilize software tools for reporting, documentation, scheduling, and project tracking purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on infrastructure projects involving fencing and automated gates. Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and schedule coordination. Demonstrated expertise in quality inspection, construction safety management, and compliance standards. Electrical experience is highly desirable due to the technical nature of automated gate systems. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction drawing review and technical project supervision. Prior supervisory experience managing technical teams within a construction environment is essential. Knowledge of contractor management practices and construction industry regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for project documentation and communication. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
