Position Description:

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Warehouse Planner with our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate manages all kitting requirements for the sites and works closely with Site Material Planners/Buyers to ensure kits are completed and sent to sites prior to require by dates. Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Planner is responsible for the following: Complies with safety requirements promoting the company's safety culture, including training of others as assigned, clearly stating safety expectations, ensure unsafe events are reviewed in a timely manner and 100% compliance with all Nevada Gold Mines and governmental regulations Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and customer service through excellence in managing kitting reports, identifying issues and communicating to sites as needed. Ensure daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations. Responsible to help maintain high service levels Run and manage reports for all outstanding open orders Organize and maintain work areas, ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards Maintain a high level of accuracy in work Identify potential cataloging opportunities and submit required forms to Inventory Control Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports for efficient warehouse management Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices Confer and coordinate activities with other crews and departments Wear safety PPE at all times The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.
Qualifications:
Warehousing or materials background in the mining industry preferred One (1) to three (3) years of warehousing experience preferred Self-motivated and ability to work with little supervision Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations Strong organizational and time management skills Valid Driver's License required Receiving and/or Supply Chain experience preferred Experience using ERP computer programs and bar coding preferred Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office required Certificate in forklift operation preferred Must be able to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations required Proven safe work record required Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision required Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions required Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of people required Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job required What We Can Offer You A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution AND employer match, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!
