Job Description

Highland Manor of Elko Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility offering a wide variety of rehabilitative and long term care services. We are currently seeking exceptional, enthusiastic and dedicated Nurse to join our team in providing direct nursing services to residents of the facility. Bonus pay out in installments after employee completes their first 90 days of employment with a 1 year agreement. Pay depends on experience
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepares and documents medications and treatments which are administered to residents as prescribed by the resident's Physician. Complete all nursing documentation forms as assigned and ensure that said documentation accurately reflects services required by the resident and provided to the residents. Responsible for making sure resident's physician and family are informed of medical conditions as required by regulations and facility policies. Complete resident's admission and discharge forms and duties as required by regulations and facility policies. Work using the guidelines established from the Nurse Practice Act, company standards, policies and procedures and nursing judgment. Implement the resident plan of care and evaluate the resident response. Must maintain confidentiality and resident rights, regarding all resident/personnel information. Standard precautions and other appropriate infection control practices are utilized with all nursing interventions. Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Nursing.

Job Requirements:
Applicant must have a valid Nevada LPN license Must be able to pass a criminal back ground check Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
