Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven PEMB Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage industrial construction projects within the mining industry at OSHA and MSHA regulated sites. The Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all field operations associated with Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) installation, building envelope systems, structural construction activities, equipment coordination, and general industrial construction operations. This position serves as the primary field leader responsible for maintaining project safety, quality, productivity, schedule performance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple crews, subcontractors, equipment resources, and project priorities in demanding mining and industrial environments. This is an hourly position reporting directly to the Project Manager and/or Operations Manager.
