About the Role TEAM Construction is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the Las Vegas market. This role owns day-to-day jobsite execution

Candidates with a background in luxury resort, hotel tower, retail, restaurant, or gaming construction on or near the Las Vegas Strip are especially encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to plan and spec Manage and hold subcontractors accountable to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements Maintain and update the project schedule; identify and resolve delays or conflicts proactively Lead daily and weekly jobsite meetings, including subcontractor coordination and safety briefings Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors on RFIs, submittals, and change orders Oversee quality control and punch list processes through substantial completion and closeout Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and manpower planning in active/occupied and high-traffic environments Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and progress photos Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of construction superintendent or equivalent field leadership experience Proven ability to run multiple trades and subcontractors on a fast-paced commercial jobsite Strong working knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety practices (OSHA 30 preferred) Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar); experience with Outbuild is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to manage conflict and keep a jobsite on schedule Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Preferred Qualifications Commercial construction experience, with a strong preference for hospitality/resort work Direct experience on Las Vegas Strip projects

  • luxury resorts, hotel towers, casino/gaming spaces, retail build-outs, or restaurant construction Experience working in occupied, high-security, or brand-standard environments typical of Strip properties OSHA 30 certification and/or CPR/First Aid certification Compensation & Benefits Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience (market rate for the Las Vegas commercial construction market).
