Assists CM on construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities Manage all phases of projects, from planning and budgeting, assembly and wiring to execution and completion. Coordinates with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Create and manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and that resources are allocated efficiently. Supervise project activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise during the construction process. Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budgets, ensuring projects stay on track. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, a related field, or Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large scale construction work, similar in type, scope, and complexity as will be requested under the Agreement. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
