6-12 Month Contract (Stable project horizon through 2026+) Job Summary We are seeking a high-energy, mobile Superintendent to lead on-site operations for a major Data Center build in the USA Parkway area. This is a "boots on the ground" leadership role where you will have full responsibility for subcontractor coordination, safety, and schedule adherence on a high-visibility mission-critical project. This role is ideal for an experienced Superintendent who values the flexibility of contract work or a proven professional looking to solidify their expertise in the booming data center sector.

Core Responsibilities Field Leadership:

Lead daily construction activities, ensuring all subcontractors and vendors are aligned with the project's "zero-delay" mission-critical standards.

Safety Enforcement:

Own the safety culture on-site. Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety plans with zero compromise.

Schedule & Production:

Proactively manage the 3-week look-ahead; troubleshoot field conflicts and technical roadblocks to keep the critical path moving.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all installations meet rigorous industrial specifications through consistent inspections and coordination with the engineering team.

Documentation:

Maintain precise daily logs, RFI tracking, and progress photos using Procore and Bluebeam .

Qualifications Experience:

3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent (Lead or Area Super) on commercial or industrial projects.

Tech Savvy:

Must be proficient in digital construction tools (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).

Certifications:

OSHA 30 Construction is required. The "Mission Critical"

Drive:

You understand that data centers operate on a different level of precision than standard retail or residential builds.

Status:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements & Environment Active Site Management:

Must be able to traverse large-scale sites (uneven terrain) for 8-10+ hours daily.

Commute:

Site is located in Storey County (USA Parkway) . Applicants from Fernley, Silver Springs, or Carson City will find the commute highly favorable.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $87,500.00 per year
