Job Description Traveling Construction Project Manager - Lake Placid, NY Ability to be on Site 4 days a week, with lodging and travel paid for Track project progress and milestones, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. Collaborate with superintendents to review and update schedules regularly. Monitor project specifications by studying documents and inspecting field conditions. Review and transmit submittals to architects/engineers for approval. Administer subcontractor contracts and oversee project cost controls. Prepare detailed project status reports and recommend actionable solutions. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on-site, enforcing rules and regulations. Utilize project management software to document and control project plans. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management. 7+ years working in the Building and Construction Industry Experience with ground up residential and/or Mixed use developments Must have experience working for a General Contractor Possesses prior experience in project planning, scheduling, and people management. Has an in-depth understanding of construction processes, with field experience preferred. Demonstrates strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills. Proficient in construction software and digital tools.
