Job Description
Description The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for representing Tradesmen International at specific clients' worksites and acts as the primary point of contact for client personnel as well as the Tradesmen craftworkers dispatched to the site. The Onsite Coordinator is a critical role to ensure Tradesmen's service meets the specific workforce needs of the clients while also supporting the redeployment of craftworkers as the work site winds down. Clients that require an Onsite Coordinator typically have 30 or more Tradesmen craftworkers often including travelers that require specific skills and safety training. Requirements Duties/Responsibilities Develop relationships with both client personnel including project management, safety, payroll, HR, etc. Develops relationships with craftworkers onsite to ensure a high retention rate Ensure compliance with both client and Tradesmen hiring policies and procedures and maintain appropriate records that may be requested by the client Coordinate any skill assessments, drug testing, site and safety orientation Provide proper training to all employees on time keeping systems and process for errors and adjustments of weekly time Resolve employee issues as they arise (production, attendance, payroll, safety, etc.) Ensure safety policies and procedures are being followed by all Tradesmen staff on site Handle accidents and proper reporting of accidents Qualifications Be self-motivated and able to work independently Have desire to constantly interact/communicate with various personalities maintaining solid working relationships with both skilled trade workers and our sales personnel Must be dependable, responsible, and be willing to work hard Be capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Experience in the construction industry is a must Need basic computer skills - must be comfortable with Excel Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job Total Rewards include annual salary, per diem and travel expenses based on project, company matched 401(k), PTO and paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance.
