We are an established, high-end architectural millwork company in Long Island City, NY looking for an experienced Jobsite Supervisor to oversee projects from the shop to the field. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy seeing projects come together from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Supervise active jobsites and ensure projects stay on schedule. Take and verify field measurements. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, site supervisors, suppliers, and other trades. Lead and support installation crews while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Track jobsite progress and communicate updates to company leadership. Identify scheduling, labor, and material needs before they become issues. Manage punch lists and ensure every project is completed to our high standards. Resolve field issues quickly and professionally.
What We're Looking For:
Construction industry experience required (architectural millwork experience is a major plus). Ability to read architectural blueprints and millwork shop drawings. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us? Work on high-end custom millwork projects.
