Job Description

Build the future of Stewart's Shops. Stewart's Shops is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing Facilities team. You'll oversee the construction of new stores and remodeling projects from concept through completion while collaborating with our real estate, engineering, drafting, environmental, maintenance, and construction teams. What You'll Do Manage multiple construction and maintenance projects simultaneously from planning through completion. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and utility providers. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and constructability. Prepare and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Evaluate bids and recommend contractor selections. Coordinate the ordering and delivery of warehouse materials. Conduct pre-construction meetings and provide field oversight throughout each project. Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives are met. Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of onsite construction experience. Experience in a commercial or residential construction office environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and plan sets. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites. A company vehicle is provided.

Starting Pay:
$75,000
  • $95,000 100% company paid retirement (ESOP). Health, Vision & Dental benefit package. Monday
  • Friday, 8:00am
  • 4:30pm schedule (night/weekend on-call support as needed).
