A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
Primary Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Education in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specs
- Engineering related Computer skills i.e. Excel, Material Takeoff, and AutoCAD
- Fluent English Communication to negotiate buyouts with suppliers and vendors.
- Preparing & submitting all proposals are completed and submitted on time
- Prepare and submit all project submittals, shop drawings as required for approvals.
- Communicate with general contractor and all field personnel.
- Prepare RFI's, change orders, LEED reports, safety pre-task plans, etc.
- Maintaining submittal & change order logs
- Attend bid walk throughs and weekly jobsite meetings.
- Advanced knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements.
- 1-5 years of construction related experience (in steel industry preferrable)
- Excellent communication skills and work ethics & moral integrity
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- ProCore, AutoCad, BlueBeam, Excel, Word, Outlook (Required)
SALARY:
commensurate with experienceJob Type:
Full-time Pay:
$72,000.00- $86,000.
