8:30AM-5:00PM, M-F Position Overview Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting or Finance graduate looking to gain valuable hands-on experience and grow their career in a professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsible, analytical, and eager to learn. We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to a fast-paced team. Responsibilities Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions Generate and distribute customer invoices Apply and reconcile incoming payments Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections efforts Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate customer account records Support month-end closing activities Assist with various accounting and administrative projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to learn quickly and work independently Strong problem-solving and analytical skills EB-2611832611
