Job Description Manage daily field operations on multifamily construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel Develop and maintain construction schedules Monitor project progress and proactively address delays Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications Conduct regular site safety meetings and enforce safety protocols Review plans, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance Maintain project documentation and daily reports Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to ensure successful project delivery MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction Successful track record delivering apartment, mixed-use, or residential projects Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling Experience managing subcontractor performance and jobsite logistics Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven leadership and communication skills Commitment to safety and quality control Familiarity with project management and scheduling software OSHA certification preferred Ability to manage multiple project demands in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000 per year.
