Job Description Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project schedules and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets required standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports and schedules. Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently and effectively. Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates on progress. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. 5+ years of commercial construction experience Experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or combination role Proven track record managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction means and methods Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience coordinating subcontractors and project stakeholders Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
