As we continue to expand our hardscape and construction division, we are seeking a talented and motivated Hardscape Crew Lead to elevate our projects and inspire our team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a hardscape crew on residential and commercial projects, ensuring a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. Operate and oversee the safe and efficient use of heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.). Read, interpret, and execute site plans, layouts, and grade elevations with precision. Ensure all installations meet or exceed ICPI and NCMA standards. Mentor and train team members in advanced hardscape techniques and equipment operation. Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in hardscape and construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Certifications:
ICPI Certification and NCMA Certification preferred.
Licensing:
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred). Advanced knowledge of hardscape equipment and products, including operation, maintenance, and application across diverse projects. Proficient in reading and executing detailed construction plans. Expertise in heavy equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a team-focused mindset.
