Prefabrication Coordinator

Prefabrication (Electrical) Coordinator A well-established and growing electrical construction organization in the Southern Tier region is seeking an Electrical Prefabrication Coordinator to support and scale its prefabrication operations. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role where you'll play a critical part in bridging field operations, engineering, and shop productiondriving efficiency, quality, and execution across multiple construction projects. Clear path toward Prefabrication Leadership 90-112K (401K, Health, Vision, Dental) Hybrid in office with some site visits as well What You'll Be Doing Review construction documents and coordinate across trades to identify and eliminate design conflicts before installation Partner with project managers, estimators, engineers, and field teams to identify and execute prefabrication opportunities Develop detailed build sheets, layout drawings, and installation plans Create and manage BOMs, fabrication drawings, and digital documentation using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or similar Coordinate material procurement and align prefab schedules with project timelines Conduct site visits to ensure prefab solutions are implemented correctly in the field Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications Track production, inventory, and progress to meet deadlines and budget targets Act as the key liaison between prefab shop, field teams, and leadership and drive continuous improvement in prefab processes, efficiency, and waste reduction What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in electrical construction or prefabrication environments Strong understanding of electrical systems, feeder/branch layouts, and construction workflows Experience with prefab assemblies (panel builds, racks, kitting, wiring systems) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or similar CAD/BIM tools Ability to read and interpret construction drawings across disciplines Knowledge of NEC and electrical code compliance Nice to

Have:
