Job Description As a Superintendent, you will: Lead all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel Develop and maintain project schedules Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Conduct quality control inspections and maintain project quality Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics Lead subcontractor meetings and daily coordination efforts Track project progress and proactively resolve field issues Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation Work closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals Oversee punch-list completion and project closeout activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The successful Superintendent in Ellicottville candidate will have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience Strong background in commercial, hospitality, multi-family, or mixed-use construction Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000.
