Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented construction professional to support project management activities across multiple commercial construction projects. This role offers exposure to both office and field operations, with strong opportunities for professional growth into project management. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Administration Maintain project documentation, records, and files Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects Assist with project reporting, data entry, and administrative support Project Management Support Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle from planning to completion Assist with bids, estimates, scheduling, and budgeting Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement documentation Track project costs, invoices, and budget updates Technical & Field Coordination Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers and architects Assist with jobsite coordination including materials, inspections, and schedules Communicate effectively between field and office teams to ensure project alignment Ideal Candidate Entry-Level / Coordinator Path Strong work ethic, organized, and reliable Interest in learning construction management and growing into leadership roles Strong communication and multitasking skills Technical / Project Support Path Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Familiarity with construction documents, RFIs, and submittals Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance $50,000 Life Insurance policy-Company paid Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Professional development and advancement opportunities Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Long-term career growth with an established and growing organization Strong growth path toward Project Manager roles

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
