Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator for our family owned contracting firm. If you work well with others but also on your own, we are looking for you to join our team. Responsibilities Oversee and support payroll Oversee and support purchasing Process vendor payments Preferred but not required experience with AIA billing, Construction platform software such as Textura and Procore •If you don't have experience with these, please be computer savvy and quick to learn - we can train you•Answer phones and limited interaction with customers Maintain organized files Maintain office supplies Assist project managers in the field, estimators and ownership. Requirements Proven experience in office management within the construction or related industry with a strong background in administrative support. Bookkeeping experience (degree not required) Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets, email and internet Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette for client interaction. Reliable and able to multi-task and willing to lend support when needed.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
