What You'll Be Doing Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. Coordinate contractors, vendors, internal stakeholders, and project teams to drive successful project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and performance expectations. Manage project budgets, contracts, and resources while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Foster strong communication and collaboration across all project participants to deliver operational excellence. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to manage multiple construction projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong project planning, budget management, and organizational capabilities. Effective leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, regulatory requirements, and project controls. Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and driving projects to successful completion. Work Environment Combination of office and field-based work at active construction and industrial sites. Regular interaction with contractors, suppliers, operations teams, and project stakeholders. Travel to project locations as needed to support planning, execution, and project oversight. Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
