Large Projects Long Term Opportunity About Our Client Michael Page is hiring for the property industry in Lake Placid. Job Description Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues as they arise. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction-related concerns. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to meet project goals. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Lead and motivate on-site teams to maintain high standards of performance and safety. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Strong experience in construction project management and on-site supervision. Knowledge of safety standards and building codes in the property industry. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Ability to handle project documentation and maintain accurate records. Problem-solving skills to address construction-related challenges effectively.
