This role will act as the on-site vendor supervisor, perform final lead abatement inspections—including collecting dust wipe samples—and prepare detailed field reports. The CPM will collaborate closely with the Development Coordinator and development staff to ensure successful project completion. EPA Certification is required for this position. Key Responsibilities Monitor and oversee vendor field activities related to lead abatement in residential apartments. Conduct final lead abatement inspections, including taking dust wipe samples in accordance with regulatory standards. Prepare accurate and timely field inspection reports. Coordinate and communicate with the Development Coordinator and development staff regarding project progress and completion. Utilize a handheld computing device to document work, capture notes, and support field tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications EPA Certification Experience in construction, environmental safety, property inspection, or a related field. Ability to supervise vendor work and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Proficiency in using handheld smart devices or tablets for field data entry. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors. #
