Master Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive systems and repair processes, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues. As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of vehicles while providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles, utilizing advanced automotive diagnostic tools and equipment. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various automotive systems, including diesel engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to execute repairs efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate auto estimating for repairs needed. Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for vehicle maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while working in the shop environment. Mentor and train junior technicians in best practices for automotive repair and diagnostics. Experience Proven experience in automotive service and repair, with a strong focus on diesel engine repair preferred. Extensive mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems, including but not limited to automotive electrical systems, vehicle maintenance, and diagnostics. Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively. Experience with aligning vehicles and performing routine maintenance tasks is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
