Job Description
Job Description Plans, organizes and manages the design and construction of complex system facilities projects involving one or more facilities. Manages the project within the approved schedule and budget. Oversees bidding contract awards, quality control, financial forecasting and project reports. Job Responsibility Plans, manages, and coordinates multiple projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Provides guidance to the full construction project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through completion of construction. Develops project plans, budgets, and schedules based on the meetings with stakeholders. Tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules. Ensures work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Supports the leadership to negotiate between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems. Guides the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors. Responsible for materials management and delivery scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects. Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management. Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Job Qualification Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
