This is a key leadership role for someone who takes pride in organization, efficiency, and accountability, and can ensure our warehouse is run at a high standard every single day. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee inventory control, logistics, procurement, and distribution processes within a fast-paced environment. As a key player in our operations team, you will drive process improvements, ensure safety compliance, and optimize resource utilization to meet project deadlines and budget goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution of materials and tools. Manage procurement processes, including purchasing and vendor relations , to secure materials at optimal costs while maintaining quality standards. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as

ORACLE-NETSUITE

to track inventory levels, process orders, and generate operational reports. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, mechanics and manage the drivers and fleet operations fostering a safe and productive work environment. Coordinate and oversee delivery logistics, including managing drivers and fleet operations Ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of job orders Implement and maintain a new Oracle-based inventory and tool tracking system Establish and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices Conduct demand planning and production planning in collaboration with project managers to ensure materials availability aligns with project timelines. Maintain a highly organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment at all times Supervise staff and ensure the team consistently maintains the warehouse in top condition and fully organized.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse supervision within construction or industrial environments with strong leadership capabilities. Deep understanding of inventory control, logistics and procurement. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms like ORACLE/NetSuite experience is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to implement structure, organization, and process improvements Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold staff accountable to high standardsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable working in both an office and hands-on warehouse environment Bilingual English
• Spanish is a must
