We're looking for a Restoration Production Manager to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team success. What You'll Do Project & Job Management Oversee daily scheduling of crews, equipment, and resources. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. Conduct daily walk-throughs, monitor work-in-progress, and maintain accurate job documentation. Customer & Client Relations Serve as the main point of contact for customers, insurance representatives, and commercial/residential clients. Provide consistent job updates, resolve issues quickly, and lead final walk-throughs to ensure customer satisfaction. Team Leadership & Training Supervise and motivate field crews and subcontractors. Train and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and maintain a high-performing work culture. Operational Excellence Manage production expenses, vehicles, equipment, and materials. Track inventory, review job files, and approve timecards for payroll accuracy. Lead daily WIP (Work in Progress) meetings for effective resource coordination. Quality & Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and company standards at all times. Maintain clean, orderly, and professional job sites. Business Growth Support Represent the company at meetings and with clients. Support cross-selling opportunities and promote services across multiple markets. Continuous Development & Flexibility Stay current with industry best practices, technology, and leadership skills. Be available for occasional nights and weekends during storm events or emergencies.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in disaster restoration, construction, or project management (preferred).
Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications:
IICRC certifications (preferred, not required).
