Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to take the lead on high-impact commercial and industrial builds from preconstruction to closeout. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our firm, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring that large-scale projects are safely delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Project Execution:
Manage full-lifecycle construction projects, overseeing design integration, estimating, and scheduling.
Financial Stewardship:
Control job budgets, develop cost-to-complete forecasts, and skillfully negotiate contracts and change orders to secure profitability.
Stakeholder Management:
Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners.
Risk Management:
Identify project risks early, resolve conflicts, and adapt quickly to changing site conditions.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Act as the on-site leader, directly supervising project teams (including Superintendents and Assistant PMs) and supporting junior staff development.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
\(8+\) years of progressive project management experience within the commercial or industrial construction sector.
Technical Mastery:
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6).
Certifications:
