Construction Superintendent - Mechanical Installations NYC Metro Area | Full-Time | $120,000 to $160,000 + Benefits + Project Performance Bonus About the Opportunity A well-established NYC mechanical contractor needs a Construction Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations on commercial and multifamily mechanical installs across the five boroughs. Scope includes central boiler plant replacements, heating system upgrades, plumbing installs, controls integration, and energy retrofit work on jobs ranging from $2M to $20M. You'll run the job from mobilization through close-out: crews, subs, safety, quality, schedule, and daily execution on-site. This is a hands-on field leadership role with long-term growth, project bonuses, and a shot at running some of the more complex mechanical installs in the city.
