Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction, fire, and water damage restoration projects throughout the New York Metropolitan area. The Project Manager will report to the team lead and manage projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety, building, and insurance requirements. This role includes meeting with homeowners and property managers, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, conducting site inspections, and selecting materials in accordance with insurance-approved scopes of work. Responsibilities Manage project planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Coordinate construction and restoration activities using CompanyCam. Meet with homeowners, property managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Review insurance-approved scopes and coordinate appropriate material selections. Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Review plans, contracts, specifications, estimates, and vendor bids. Track progress, resolve issues, and provide clear project updates. Travel to residential and commercial project sites throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Qualifications Experience managing commercial, residential, or fire and water restoration projects. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, contracts, blueprint reading, and insurance scopes. Proficiency with CompanyCam, Microsoft Office, and project-management software. Experience with Xactimate or a similar program is preferred but not required. Strong leadership, communication, organization, budgeting, and scheduling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Use of a personal vehicle for business purposes will be reimbursed according to company policy. Company vehicles are also available. From $120,000.00 per year
