This is for a position in Phoenix Arizona and is seeking candidates willing to Relocate with the assistance of the company A leading electrical construction contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in Phoenix, Arizona . This is a relocation-focused opportunity for qualified candidates currently located outside the Phoenix market who are interested in building their career in one of the country's fastest-growing data center construction markets. Data center construction experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical construction background and experience managing complex, large-scale projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities:

Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and financial performance. Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation. Lead project teams and coordinate manpower and resources. Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and profitability. Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5+ years of electrical construction project management experience. Direct data center construction experience is required. Experience managing large-scale electrical projects. Strong understanding of electrical construction, scheduling, budgeting, and project financials. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.
