Job Description Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as needed to meet project objectives. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee multiple aspects of a project. Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
